Pelican Systems, a division of HotelExchange, Pte. Ltd, and Hotel Booking Solutions L.L.C., an American hotel industry technology company based in New Orleans have announced plans for a strategic alliance that will draw on the strengths of each company to provide a complete, automated distribution system.

"Partnering with Hoboobox will provide a seamless interface with Pelican's hotel PMS system, allowing instant access to room inventories and reduce the need for duplicate entries of confirmed reservations" said Hartono Liman, Director of Pelican System . "The sophisticated technology and ease-of-use characteristic of both systems will enable us to create a seamless interface."

Pelican will draw on the supply-side connectivity to property management systems and central reservations systems provided by HBS to provide instant updates on room availability to travel agents and corporate clients, as well as onward distribution channel connectivity.
